Downtime Preventer

Downtime Preventer This app is a solution for web masters and web site owners who are worried about downtime. Once the user is signed up they can enter details of a web site or server (IP/hostname). The system will periodically check the server/website in a number of ways, including; pinging, http checks, server-side error checking and response times. These tests all comprise sub-tests which test for deeper tests than similar systems.

The highly configurable system allows the user to decide how and when they receieve messages. Based around SMS and emails the messaging system can send out to multiple recipients and can be capped to save on the users credit.

Don't U Forget

Don't U Forget Another SMS-based application. Designed for SMEs to help prevent missed appointments the system allows users to manage clients on the intuitive control panel. Appointments are set up and the system will send an SMS reminder to the user's client at a specified time. The system is very automated and designed to be used in a busy environment such as a hairdressers, dentists surgery or a doctors.

Query Life

Query Life A social network with a twist. The whole social network scene has been completely saturated, but there is always room for a new-comer with a new take on things. QueryLife has been designed to ask you thought provoking questions every day. The users can answer these questions with text, video of images, as well as links to other web sites. Users can do anything they would be able to do on your average social network, including adding friends and viewing/commenting on their posts.

Query Life has been integrated into Twitter and Facebook to allow users to sign up with just a single click, without the need to fill in off-putting forms. The system also posts the users responses to both Twitter and Facebook, as well as automatically updating it's own pages on each respective web site. This integration proves to gain a distinct advantage and a large user-base very quickly, as instead of competing against the big boys, it uses them as tools for its own growth.
