Well, if you hadn't guessed it by now... I'm a web designer, web developer, and web marketer.
A little about me
I have a bachelors degree in Software Engineering, obtained in early 2009. Whilst at University I received praise for "best project" of 2009 for the school of computing and mathematical sciences. That all sounds very fancy, but what was it? The project was BeatSpot, a social experiment to see whether there was a need for an audio-only alternative for YouTube, along with a few other features thrown in.
BeatSpot was my only project for a while but I have recently removed the majority of music from the databases and capped the uploads to stop it's growth. At present there are over 100 sign ups occuring per day.
Along with all the usual crap (enjoying sports, music, etc etc) I am also a member of the British Computing Society (BCS) and a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), as well as being a member of the United Kingdom Web Design Association (UKWDA).
Current Employment
I'm currently contracted to work at Reckless New Media and I'm not actively seeking any freelance work. If you do have an idea for a web application then you can email me via the contact page.
